How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within two business days. Delivery is 2–7 business days within Europe and 5–11 further afield, tracked. Full detail on our Shipping page.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. You can also sign in to your account to see the status of any order.

Can I return something?

Yes — within 30 days of receipt, unworn and in its original packaging. Returns are free: we send you a prepaid, tracked label. See Returns & Refunds for the full terms.

What size should I order?

Our knitwear runs true to size with a straight body. If you are between sizes, or you want a closer fit through the shoulder, size down. Write to us with your usual size in another brand and we will tell you what to order.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, worldwide, at no charge. Orders outside the EU may attract import duty on arrival, charged by the destination country.
