Returns & Refunds

If something is not right, we will put it right. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return any item, and we pay the return postage.

Condition

Items must be unworn and in the condition you received them, with the original packaging intact.

How to return

Write to team@francescobellani.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a prepaid return label and the return address by reply.

Return shipping

Returns are complimentary worldwide. Use the prepaid label we send you; it is tracked, so both of us can see where the parcel is.

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and has been inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, write to us and we will arrange the exchange. If the piece arrived faulty or damaged, tell us and we will replace it at our cost.

Your statutory rights

If you are ordering from within the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Our 30-day window is offered in addition to that right, and nothing on this page limits it.
