Refund policy

Return window

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason.

Return shipping costs

Returns are free, worldwide. We send you a prepaid, tracked return label; you do not pay to send an item back, whatever the reason for the return.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Our 30-day window is offered in addition to that right, and nothing in this policy limits it.

Condition of returned goods

Items must be unworn and unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and returned with their original packaging. We may reduce a refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

How to start a return

Email team@francescobellani.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with a prepaid return label and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will notify you by email of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof of return, whichever is earlier. Original delivery charges, where any were paid, are refunded at the standard delivery rate.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable period of discovering the fault. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including return postage. This is in addition to your statutory rights regarding goods that are not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, write to us and we will arrange the exchange. If a piece arrived faulty or damaged, tell us and we will replace it at our cost.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
