Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Cost

Shipping is complimentary on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within two business days of being placed. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery times run from dispatch and vary by destination. Within Europe, most orders arrive in 2–7 business days. Further afield — North America, Asia, Australia — allow 5–11 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays or events outside our control.

Tracking

All orders ship tracked. You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also view order status by signing in to your account.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders delivered within the European Union are shipped with all applicable duties and taxes settled. Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling charges levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect an order once it has been dispatched. Orders returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded less any return carriage costs incurred.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking has not updated for ten business days, contact us at team@francescobellani.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
