Shipping

Complimentary shipping worldwide, on every order, with no minimum.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within two business days of being placed.

Delivery

Delivery times run from dispatch and vary by destination. Within Europe, most orders arrive in 2–7 business days. Further afield — North America, Asia, Australia — allow 5–11 business days. Every order ships tracked, and the exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves us. You can also see the status of any order by signing in to your account.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped within the EU are delivered with all duties and taxes settled. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties charged on arrival by the destination country; these are set by local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
